Jason has been barbecuing for over 15 years. He's been eating BBQ for much longer! It's not unlike him to plan a trip across the US just to visit BBQ restaurants.
Jason has been catering BBQ events for over 5 years. He's catered for Chaminade Julienne's Music Department events, the Dayton Area Rugby Club's post-game socials, and a number of private events. He's also worked with a few local barbecue restaurants to help them make their barbecue more authentic and consistent.
