Ever wished there was a class that you could try your hand at barbecuing an unfamiliar piece of meat, creating a basic rub, or just to have someone to ask questions to while you are cooking?
Blue Moose Barbecue's own pitmaster, Jason, is hosting a class called "American Barbecue 101". Come learn how to prepare lamb, pork, chicken, salmon and beef. Participants will get to prepare, smoke, and sample the various cuts of meat and take some home with them as well.
Course cost is $100. This covers your meat, rub, fuel, and classroom time.
Make sure to bring a chilly bin to take home your BBQ. We require a $50 deposit to hold your spot.
